What WyW stores

WyW stores your email address, username, country and optional mobile number so you can sign in, see local availability and chat with people you choose.

Saved titles, ratings, comments and snack law agreements remain on your device. Account and chat data is stored by Supabase. Catalogue searches are sent to TMDB through WyW. WyW does not sell personal information, show advertising or use behavioural tracking.

Contacts and photos

If you choose an iPhone contact, only the selected email address or mobile number is used for an exact member match. WyW does not upload your address book. Photos you choose to send are stored privately for members of that conversation.

Your choices

You can report conversations, block members and permanently delete your account from the Account tab. Privacy questions can be sent to support@wyw.today.
